Payment: No payment is required until one month before arrival. Full payment must be received no later than one month before your arrival date. For bookings made within one month of arrival, full payment is due when the booking is confirmed.
Cancellation: Cancellation is free up to one month before your arrival date, with a full refund of any payment already made. No refunds are given for cancellations made less than one month before the arrival date.

How do I get here by train?
Hudson Quarter is a short walk from York Railway Station.
- Leave the station through the main exit.
- Cross the road at the pedestrian crossing, then turn right.
- Follow the pavement and turn left through the archway in the city wall towards Hudson Quarter.
We’ll send you detailed arrival and access instructions before your stay. The apartment is on the third floor, with lift access.
How do I get here by car?
The vehicle entrance to Hudson Quarter is on Loverose Street, York, YO1 6GA, beside The Grand Hotel.
- Approach along Station Road with The Grand Hotel on your left.
- Turn left onto Station Rise immediately after the hotel.
- Turn immediately right onto Loverose Street, where you’ll reach the entrance barrier.
For navigation, use what3words: rang.shades.cube.
One secure underground parking space is included. The maximum vehicle height is 2.2 metres. Parking is available from 3pm on arrival day until 10am on departure day.
We’ll send you the barrier, parking and key-collection instructions privately before arrival.

Check-in is from 3pm and checkout is by 10am. These times also apply to your parking space. Self check-in uses a lockbox. Arrival and key instructions are emailed after booking. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be accommodated, as we regularly have back-to-back bookings.
What are the parking arrangements?

Can I pay for additional parking time?
Additional parking time can be requested and is available subject to availability. The price per hour will be provided upon enquiry.
Is there a lift?
The apartment is on the third floor, with lift access.
What are the house rules?
No pets, parties or events. No smoking anywhere in the development. Quiet hours: 10pm–8am. Registered guests only.
Can I leave luggage before or after my stay?
There is no early or late luggage storage at the apartment. Several paid luggage-storage options are available nearby in York.
